Hello All,
I keep reading all of your comments and I must tell you that they dearly warm our hearts. It connects us to all of our beloved friends and family and home. Everyone here is taking great care of us and we appreciate their generosity.
Today was our usual schedule. The highlights were Marina playing with the keys that mom brought for her.....she loves them--lots!! We took her outside for a stroll today, during the morning and evening visit. She does really well. She held those keys for all three laps around the orphanage.
I have also attached a picture of us feeding Marina. At times, it takes all three of us. We aren't as slick as the care-giveres. Notice the picture of mom and Lonnie feeding her from a cup. It is amazing how well that she does. She is the most pleasant baby. She has not really cried yet....lucky us. :-) Every single day she blossoms more. She coos, laughs, moves around and talks. We think she will be crawling soon. She gets up on all fours and sticks her little butt in the air and rocks...that is a good sign. It is amazing to watch her develop....we feel so blessed. We thank God for bringing her to us.
Well, we are soon going to eat supper. Lonnie made pasta with Barilla sauce, can you believe that we got that here....cool :-) We went to the store today, so we are all stocked up on water, bread, cheese, I even got Pringles...they are part of our favorite right now. Oh, and Lonnie made us pancakes for breakfast. Talk about a wonderful guy!!!
Please continue to keep us posted and in your prayers. We share love with Marina from all of you and we can't wait to introduce her to all of you.
lots of love,
us

Pam,
I keep looking at your postings and the pictures, and when I see the look on your face as you hold your daughter I can't help but break into a huge smile myself! Marina is one lucky little girl! I continue to keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.
Best wishes to all,
Betti
Greetings!
I just wanted to let you all know that I don't think I've ever seen any of you so happy. I can't express what it's like to see such joy on all of your faces.
Mom wanted me to let you know that she is thoroughly enjoying viewing your pictures everyday, and I must admit, it's a highlight of my days too...I can't wait for lunch to hop on the internet.
You're in our hearts and prayers!
Love ya' all!
